Madeleine is very interested in the development of both receptive and expressive language as well as the development of speech in young children. She is also interested in acquired disorders related to language, speech, and swallowing in adults following a neurological event (stroke, head trauma, etc.) . Her career path has led her to value person and family-centered care. Madeleine also loves to learn and always seeks to expand her knowledge in order to perfect her clinical skills, and strives to offer services that are based on evidence.
