Naturally curious and driven by a deep desire to support others, I joined Clinique Collabor’Action from its inception. Over time, I naturally took on an increasingly important role in organizational support, eventually becoming Director of Operations. My unconventional background—first in theatre (bachelor's degree) and then in directing (master's degree)—has provided me with solid experience in project management, team coordination, and active listening, three skills that have proven essential in the community, cultural, and now healthcare sectors.

At the clinic, my mission is to ensure that everything runs smoothly: that our team has the necessary tools to provide the best possible services, that our processes are clear and efficient, and that our work environment remains positive, supportive, and welcoming. I particularly enjoy understanding individual needs, resolving unexpected daily challenges, and brainstorming ways to continuously improve our organization.

An entrepreneur at heart, I find great satisfaction in building a space where families feel supported and therapists can thrive. My role is both strategic and relational: I am a point of reference for the team, a source of information, and a facilitator whose goal is to move projects forward… all while keeping people at the center.

And when I'm not immersed in management or planning, you can find me leading or creating role-playing game worlds—a passion that undoubtedly fuels my creativity and organizational skills.
