Since September 2024, I have been working at Clinique Collabor’Action as an administrative assistant, where I had the pleasure of welcoming families and supporting the team in their daily work. Since April 2026, I have held the position of Client Experience Manager. In this role, I ensure a warm, seamless, and compassionate experience for each family we support.
For me, every interaction is an opportunity to build a human connection, offer attentive support, and contribute to an environment where everyone feels heard and supported.
Before joining the clinic, I worked for several years as an event planner, a field I studied in Montreal, which allowed me to develop strong organizational, management, and customer experience skills. My career then led me to Ottawa, where I had the honor of serving as Executive Director of ACFO Ottawa. This experience strengthened my commitment to community, inclusion, and compassionate communication.
In 2023, I chose to return to New Brunswick, closer to my roots, with the desire to contribute locally to services that make a real difference in people's lives. At Clinique Collabor’Action, I now use my listening skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to serve our clients and our team.
In my free time, I enjoy movies and reading, I'm a huge animal lover… and a true coffee aficionado.
