Erin completed her BA in Psychology at Mount Allison University in 2004, followed by a Certificate in Speech & Language Sciences from Brock University in 2005. She went on to obtain a Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Dalhousie University in 2008. 

 

Erin began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, working in both acute and outpatient roles. She then practiced for a decade at the Saint John Regional Hospital within the Ear Nose and Throat clinic - specializing in voice disorders, and, as part of a multidisciplinary cleft palate team. Within her other previous roles, Erin has provided services to both pediatric and school-aged children across NB. 

 

In addition to her clinical work, Erin served as Manager of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology for the Moncton and Miramichi Hospitals within Horizon Health Network. She has also enjoyed mentoring students and early-career clinicians for over 15 years. Erin values creativity, collaboration, and kindness, and strives to create supportive work environments where professionals feel respected and empowered. 

 

Erin continues to practice clinically on a part-time basis with the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program, providing care to Moncton area clients with dysphagia, and complex medical needs. 

 

Erin is the Manager of Human Resources for Clinique Collabor’Action, where she leads recruitment, staff wellness, and the development of resources to support clinic operations and growth. 

 

Outside of work, Erin is a competitive dragon boat paddler who has participated in local, national, and international competitions. She has a love of nature and music, and values a balanced, thoughtful, and holistic approach to both client care and leadership.
